Each year, Pike Mutual holds an agents meeting to discuss what Pike Mutual has been up to and where we see the industry going, as well as to provide training in preparation for the new year to come. While 2020 has certainly been unique, we were still able to make this important meeting a success.


2020 brought many new and unique challenges, but our team was able to navigate them successfully. A big part of this came by continuing to emphasize customer service during this time. Providing our agents with the resources they needed when they often couldn’t meet with clients in person proved paramount for managing policies and filing claims.
